摘　　要：阐述IGBT功耗的产生原因,功耗的定义和计算方法,考虑IGBT续流二极管的功耗以及调制控制方法,提出一种更加精准的IGBT功耗计算方法,根据IGBT数据手册估算IGBT的功耗。This paper expounds the causes of IGBT power consumption, the definition and calculation method of power consumption. Considering the power consumption of IGBT freewheeling diode and modulation control method, a more accurate calculation method of IGBT power consumption is proposed, and the power consumption of IGBT is estimated according to the IGBT data sheet.
