摘  要:本研究旨在评估波尔山羊不同阶段饲喂含有10%玉米DDGS的全混合日粮对其生长性能、瘤胃指标、胴体性状及饲养成本的影响。试验将初重一致的72头波尔山羊随机分为3组,每组3个重复,每个重复8头。3组山羊的饲喂时间均为20周,对照组在整个试验期饲喂玉米-豆粕型日粮,处理1组山羊在整个试验期饲喂玉米-DDGS型日粮,处理2组山羊在前10周饲喂玉米-豆粕型日粮,后10周饲喂玉米-DDGS型日粮。结果:处理1组山羊的末重较对照组和处理2组分别显著提高5.36%和5.90%(P<0.05),但其料重比较其他两组分别显著降低8.26%和10.08%(P<0.05)。在饲料成本无显著差异的情况下(P>0.05),T1组山羊的每千克增重成本较对照组显著降低2.47元/kg。处理1组山羊瘤胃pH较对照组和处理2组分别显著提高3.55%和3.20%(P<0.05),但该组瘤胃挥发性脂肪酸浓度较对照组显著降低13.13%(P<0.05)。处理2组山羊的背膘厚度显著高于处理1组(P<0.05),但该组山羊屠宰后45min肌肉pH显著高于对照组和处理2组(P<0.05)。处理2组山羊背最长肌肉色a值显著高于对照组和处理1组(P<0.05),而对照组肌肉剪切力显著高于处理1组(P<0.05)。结论:本研究结果表明,日粮中用10%的玉米DDGS替代豆粕对山羊的增重和采食量无显著影响,但可改善饲料效率,降低成本。全程饲喂玉米-DDGS型日粮对山羊的胴体性状及肉品质也无负面影响。The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of feeding 10%corn DDGS total mixed diet on growth performance,rumen indices,carcass traits and feeding costs of goat at different stages of growing period.Seventy-two goats with the same initial weight were randomly divided into 3 groups with 24 head in each group and 3 replicates in each group.Goats in the three groups were fed for 20 weeks.The control group was fed with corn-soybean meal diet during the whole experiment,the in treatment group 1 were fed with corn-DDGS diet during the whole experiment,and the goat in treatment group 2 were fed with corn-soybean meal diet during the first 10 weeks and corn-DDGS diet during the last 10 weeks.Results:The final weight of goat in treatment group 1 was significantly increased by 5.36%and 5.90%compared with control group and treatment group 2(P<0.05),but the feed weight of goat in treatment group 1 was significantly decreased by 8.26%and 10.08%compared with the other two groups(P<0.05).In the case of no significant difference in feed cost(P>0.05),the weight gain cost per kg of goat in T1 group was significantly reduced by 2.47 yuan/kg compared with that in control group.Rumen pH in treatment group 1 was significantly increased by 3.55%and 3.20%compared with control group and treatment group 2(P<0.05),respectively,but the concentration of volatile fatty acids in treatment group was significantly decreased by 13.13%compared with control group(P<0.05).The backfat thickness of goat in treatment group 2 was significantly higher than that in treatment group 1(P<0.05),but the muscle pH value of goat in treatment group 45 min after slaughter was significantly higher than that in control group and treatment group 2(P<0.05).The color A value of longissimus dorsi muscle in treatment group 2 was significantly higher than that in control group and treatment group 1(P<0.05),while the muscle shear force in control group was significantly higher than that in treatment group 1(P<0.05).Conclusion:The results of this study indicate t
