低蛋白质日粮添加植酸酶和肌醇对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质及消化道发育的影响

摘  要:文章旨在评估低蛋白质日粮补充植酸酶和肌醇对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质及消化道发育的影响。试验将288只产蛋性能一致的28周龄海兰粉壳蛋鸡随机分为3组,每组4个重复,每个重复24只。各组蛋鸡在为期8周的饲养试验中分别饲喂基础日粮、基础日粮+2mg/kg肌醇、基础日粮+2000FTU/kg植酸酶。结果:植酸酶组蛋鸡的平均日采食量较对照组和肌醇组分别显著提高2.45%和2.76%(P<0.05),同时该组料蛋比较对照组显著提高2.72%(P<0.05)。肌醇组蛋鸡的死亡率较对照组和植酸酶组分别显著提高95.78%和85.26%(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,肌醇组和植酸酶组蛋黄肌醇含量分别显著提高21.52%和19.62%(P<0.05)。植酸酶组胰腺相对重量较肌醇显著提高5.05%(P<0.05),同时植酸酶组回肠和盲肠相对长度较对照组分别显著提高5.04%和6.45%(P<0.05),而肌醇组结肠相对长度较对照组和植酸酶组分别显著提高6.23%和5.09%(P<0.05)。结论:日粮补充2000FTU/kg植酸酶可以提高蛋鸡采食量、回肠和盲肠相对长度,但补充2mg/kg肌醇可提高蛋鸡死亡率。This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of phytase and inositol supplementation in low protein diet on performance,egg quality and digestive tract development of laying hens.A total of 28828-week-old Hy-line powder shell laying hens with consistent laying performance were randomly divided into 3 groups with 4 replicates per group and 24 hens per replicate.Broilers in each group were fed a basal diet,basal diet+2 mg/kg inositol and basal diet+2000 FTU/kg phytase,respectively.Results:Compared with control group and inositol group,the average daily feed intake of laying hens in phytase group was significantly increased by 2.45%and 2.76%(P<0.05),respectively,and the feed and egg of laying hens in phytase group was also significantly increased by 2.72%(P<0.05).Compared with control group and phytase group,the mortality of laying hens in inositol group was significantly increased by 95.78%and 85.26%(P<0.05),respectively.Compared with the control group,the yolk inositol content in inositol group and phytase group was significantly increased by 21.52%and 19.62%(P<0.05),respectively.Compared with the control group,the relative weight of pancreas in phytase group was significantly increased by 5.05%(P<0.05),and the relative length of ileum and cecum in phytase group was significantly increased by 5.04%and 6.45%(P<0.05),respectively.Compared with control group and phytase group,the relative length of colon in inositol group was significantly increased by 6.23%and 5.09%(P<0.05).Conclusion:2000 FTU/kg phytase supplementation can improve the feed intake and the relative length of ileum and cecum of laying hens,but 2 mg/kg inositol supplementation can improve the mortality of laying hens.
