摘  要:本研究探讨了全混合日粮用不同水平的DDGS替代玉米,评估其对肉牛生长性能、养分消化和氮代谢的影响,旨在评估非常规饲料资源的饲用价值及降低养殖成本。试验将初始体重无统计学差异的60头肉牛随机分为3组,每组5个重复,每个重复4头。三组肉牛分别饲喂DDGS替代玉米添加水平为0、10%和20%的全混合日粮,试验共12周。结果:DDGS日粮组的体重、日增重和平均日采食量较对照组显著降低2.13%和1.88%、5.78%和6.81%、4.87%和6.16%(P<0.05)。10%DDGS日粮组肉牛增重成本与对照组和20%DDGS日粮组无显著差异(P>0.05),但20%DDGS日粮组肉牛的增重成本较对照组显著降低2.04%(P<0.05)。全混合日粮用不同水平的DDGS替代玉米对肉牛养分消化率具有显著影响(P<0.05),其中与对照组相比,10%和20%DDGS组干物质表现消化率显著降低16.91%和18.12%(P<0.05),有机物消化率显著降低6.22%和7.34%(P<0.05),粗蛋白质消化率显著降低12.69%和13.71%(P<0.05),但酸性洗涤纤维消化率显著提高5.29%和4.96%(P<0.05)。对照组和10%DDGS组肉牛粗脂肪消化率较20%DDGS组显著提高4.57%和4.02%(P<0.05),但20%DDGS组中性洗涤纤维消化率较对照组显著提高5.42%(P<0.05)。20%DDGS组肉牛氮摄入量较其他两组分别显著提高10.79%和10.38%(P<0.05),尿液排泄量显著提高14.99%和17.27%(P<0.05),瘤胃未降解氮显著提高44.31%和45.98%(P<0.05)。随着日粮DDGS替代水平的升高,粪氮排泄量表现为显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:全混合日粮用10%~20%DDGS替代玉米可降低肉牛养分消化率,进而降低日增重和采食量,但对饲料效率和氮沉积无负面影响,其中20%DDGS添加量可将肉牛增重成本降低0.33元/kg。This study investigated the effects of different DDGS levels on growth performance,nutrient digestion and nitrogen metabolism of beef cattle in total mixed diets to evaluate the feeding value of unconventional feed resources and reduce breeding costs.Sixty beef cattle with no statistical difference in initial body weight were randomly divided into 3 groups with 5 replicates in each group and 4 cattle per replicate.Beef cattle in the three groups were fed a total mixed diet with DDGS replacement corn level of 0,10%and 20%for 12 weeks,respectively.Results:Compared with the control group,body weight,daily gain and average daily feed intake in DDGS group(T2 and T3 groups)were significantly decreased by 2.13%and 1.88%,5.78%and 6.81%,4.87%and 6.16%(P<0.05).The cost of weight gain of beef cattle in 10%DDGS diet group was not significantly different from that in control group and 20%DDGS diet group(P>0.05),but the cost of weight gain of beef cattle in 20%DDGS diet group was significantly decreased by 2.04%compared with that in control group(P<0.05).The nutrient digestibility of beef cattle supplemented with different levels of DDGS instead of corn in total mixed diet was significantly affected(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,dry matter expression digestibility in 10%and 20%DDGS groups was significantly decreased by 16.91%and 18.12%(P<0.05).The digestibility of organic matter was significantly decreased by 6.22%and 7.34%(P<0.05),the digestibility of crude protein was significantly decreased by 12.69%and 13.71%(P<0.05),but the digestibility of acid detergent fiber was significantly increased by 5.29%and 4.96%(P<0.05).Compared with 20%DDGS group,the crude fat digestibility of beef cattle in control group and 10%DDGS group was significantly increased by 4.57%and 4.02%(P<0.05),but the neutral detergent fiber digestibility of beef cattle in 20%DDGS group was significantly increased by 5.42%(P<0.05).Compared with the other two groups,nitrogen intake in 20%DDGS group was significantly increased by 10.79%and 10.38%(P<0.05
