摘　　要：患者女,26岁,右面部皮下包块半年。患者右面部直径1 cm皮下包块,境界清楚,质地坚实,无压痛。组织病理示:真皮大片的肌上皮样肿瘤细胞,细胞核大,胞浆丰富淡染,伴黏液样基质沉积;可见部分区域腺腔样分化,有顶浆分泌。免疫组织化学示:S-100和SOX-10弥漫强阳性;GCDFP-15、CEA、EMA、CK、CK7均阳性;Ki-67<5%。结合病理、免疫组织化学和病史,诊断原发性皮肤腺样肌上皮瘤。予以手术切除,预后良好。A 26-year-old female presented with a clinical manifestation of a subcutaneous mass on the right face for half a year.The right face had a subcutaneous mass with a diameter of 1 cm,with a clear boundary and a firm texture and without tenderness.Histopathological findings revealed plenty of myoepithelial tumor cells in the dermis,with large nuclei and rich and lightly stained cytoplasm,accompanied by mucin-like matrix deposition.Glandular differentiation in some areas with apocrine secretion could be seen.Immunohistochemistry showed S-100 and SOX-10 were diffuse and strong positive;GCDFP-15,CEA,EMA,CK and CK7 were all positive;Ki-67(<5%).The diagnosis of primary cutaneous adenomyoepithelioma was confirmed based on pathology,immunohistochemistry and medical history.The patient underwent surgical resection,and the prognosis was favorable.
