Basal Cell Carcinoma on the Right Nipple from a Male Patient:A Case Report

摘　　要：患者男,64岁,右侧乳头破溃,反复渗出流血3年余。皮肤科情况:右侧乳头呈灰蓝色,中央溃疡凹陷,表面少量渗出、流血,部分上覆棕色结痂。左侧乳头及乳晕正常。双侧腋窝未触及肿大的淋巴结。皮损组织病理示:真皮内可见嗜碱性基底样细胞构成的大小不等的肿瘤细胞团块,团块周边排列成栅栏状,可见收缩间隙。诊断:结节/溃疡型基底细胞癌。治疗:行手术治疗,患者术后恢复较好,目前仍在随访中。A 64-year-old male presented with a ruptured right nipple and repeated exudation and bleeding for more than 3 years.Dermatological examination revealed that the right nipple was grayish blue,the central ulcer was sunken,and the surface was a little oozing,bleeding,and partially covered with brown scab;the left nipple and areola were normal;no swollen lymph nodes in both armpits were detected.Skin histopathology revealed that in the dermis,tumor cell clumps of varying sizes composed of basophilic basal-like cells could be seen.The periphery of the clumps was arranged in a fence-like shape,and contraction gaps were visible.Diagnosis of nodular/ulcerative basal cell carcinoma was made.After surgery,the patient recovered well and was still under the follow-up.
