摘　　要：上皮-间质转化(epithelial-mesenchymal transition,EMT)是细胞由上皮状态向间质状态转变,并使其获得迁移和侵袭性行为的生物学过程。皮肤肿瘤是起源于皮肤组织的一组肿瘤性疾病,其中以鳞状细胞癌(squamous cell carcinoma,SCC)、黑素瘤(malignant melanoma,MM)、基底细胞癌(basal cell carcinoma,BCC)最为常见。目前治疗皮肤肿瘤首选方法仍为手术切除,但术后仍将面临肿瘤清除不完全、术后复发等风险。本文通过对EMT概念、相关标志物以及与皮肤肿瘤关系进行综述,以探讨治疗皮肤肿瘤的新方向。Epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT)is a biological process in which cells change from epithelial state to mesenchymal state leading to migration and invasive behavior.Skin tumors are a group of neoplastic diseases originating from skin tissue,among which basal cell carcinoma(BCC),squamous cell carcinoma(SCC)and malignant melanoma(MM)are the most common.At present,surgical resection is still the first choice for the treatment of skin tumors,which,however,has the risk of incomplete tumor clearance and postoperative recurrence.In this paper,the concept and related markers of EMT and its relationship with skin tumors were reviewed,and the new direction of treatment of skin tumors was discussed.
