摘 要:目的:评价c-fos基因在乳腺癌发生过程中的表达水平及其临床相关性,为临床治疗提供循证医学参考。方法:采用主题词结合自由词的方法,系统检索PubMed、Embase、Web of Science、Cochrane、CNKI、万方、VIP、CBM自建库以来至2021年4月发表的有关“c-fos”“乳腺癌”相关的中英文文献,查找有关c-fos表达与乳腺癌发病风险的研究,文献质量评价采用Newcastle-Ottawa Scale(NOS),Meta分析用RevMan5.3及StataMP14/16软件进行统计法分析。结果:纳入7篇文献,共516名患者,浸润性导管癌者居多,结果显示c-fos基因在乳腺癌中的表达率为63.0%,[RD=0.63,95%CI(0.42,0.82),P<0.05],有统计学意义;c-fos基因与乳腺癌淋巴结转移没有相关性[OR=1.44,95%CI(0.75-2.77),P>0.05];c-fos基因与乳腺癌复发没有相关性[OR=1.23,95%CI(0.26-5.89),P>0.05]。结论:c-fos基因在乳腺癌的发生中表达率为63.0%,因此,抑制c-fos基因的表达,可能会减少乳腺癌的发生与发展。Objective:To evaluate the expression level of c-fos gene in the process of breast cancer and its clinical correlation,and to provide evidence-based medicine reference for clinical treatment.Methods:By using the method of subject words combined with free words,we systematically searched the Chinese and English literatures about"c-fos"and"breast cancer"published by PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,Cochrane,CNKI,Wanfang,VIP and CBM from the establishment of the database to April 2021,to find the research on the relationship between the expression of c-fos and the risk of breast cancer.The literature quality was evaluated by Newcastle-Ottawa Scale(NOS),and Meta was analyzed by RevMan5.3 and StataMP14/16 software.Results:A total of 7 literatures were included.The results showed that the expression rate of c-fos gene in breast cancer was 63.0%,[RD=0.63,95%CI(0.42,0.82),P<0.05].There was no correlation between c-fos gene and lymph node metastasis of breast cancer[OR=1.44,95%CI(0.75-2.77),P>0.05],and there was no correlation between c-fos gene and recurrence of breast cancer[OR=1.23,95%CI(0.26-5.89),P>0.05].Conclusion:The expression rate of c-fos gene in breast cancer is 63.0%.Therefore,inhibiting the expression of c-fos gene may reduce the occurrence and development of breast cancer.
