摘 要:针对布置在楼上且集中布置的干式铁芯电抗器正常运行时对结构楼板及设备自身的振动影响问题,采用数值模拟结合现场实测的方法,分别研究采取结构性措施和主动隔振的实际减振效率。具体研究过程为:采用大质量法进行振动输入以确定电抗器振动荷载,并使用实测数据进行验证,将数值模拟结果和测试结果校核对比后,确认数值模型及振动荷载输入具有很好的准确性和适用性。然后将该模型应用于实际工程项目,研究加厚楼板、增加隔墙和立柱、加密次梁等结构性振动控制措施及采用钢质弹簧进行主动隔振的实际减振效率。分析结果表明,钢质弹簧隔振装置的实际减振效率最好,增加隔墙和立柱、加密次梁也具有较好的减振效率,加厚楼板的减振效率一般,在此基础上结合实际工程经验给类似工程项目提出了相应的设计建议。The problem of vibration influence of the normal operation of the upstairs and centrally arranged dry core reactors on the structural floor and the equipment itself is studied. The numerical simulation combined with field measurement test is used to study the actual vibration reduction efficiencies of structural improvement measures and active vibration isolation respectively. First of all, the large mass method is used for vibration input to determine the vibration load of the reactor. After the comparison of numerical simulation result with measurement data by test for verification, it is confirmed that the numerical model and vibration load input have good accuracy and applicability. Then, the model is applied to the actual engineering project to study the effects of the structural vibration control measures, such as thickening floor,increasing partition walls and columns, infusing secondary beams and the actual vibration reduction efficiency of active vibration isolation with steel spring. The analysis results show that the actual damping efficiency of steel spring vibration isolation device is the best, adding partition walls, columns and infill secondary beams also has better damping efficiency,and the damping efficiency of thickening floor is fair. On this basis, combined with practical engineering experience, the corresponding design suggestions for similar projects are put forward.
