摘　　要：文旅融合背景下,教育全域化发展和社会全员育人的趋势,为公共文化服务机构开展研学旅行服务带来新契机。我国公共文化服务机构开展研学旅行服务还存在对研学旅行的原则、性质、目的等缺乏理论上的整体把握与方法上的系统分析,研学旅行服务项目的顶层设计与实践准备不足,妨碍研学旅行服务的高质量开展等问题。公共文化服务机构应坚持研学旅行的教育性原则,立足自身业务职能和资源特色,突出共享发展理念,从凝练服务特色、推进空间再造、丰富供给内容、延伸服务链条、完善评估体系、构建服务生态6个方面构筑起研学旅行服务的策略体系。Under the background of integration of culture and tourism,the trend of all-round development of education and all members of society brings new opportunities for public cultural service institutions to carry out study tour services.At present,there are still some problems in the public cultural service institutions in China to carry out the service,such as the lack of overall theoretical understanding and systematic analysis of study tour methods.The lack of top-level design and practical preparation of study tour service projects hinders the high-quality development of study tour service.Public cultural service institutions should adhere to the educational principle of study tour,based on their own business functions and resource characteristics,highlight the concept of shared development,and build a strategic system of study tour service from six aspects:refining service characteristics,promoting space reconstruction,enriching supply content,extending service chain,perfecting evaluation system,and constructing service ecology.
