摘  要:为了提高弧焊机器人生产线焊接生产效率,满足市场需求,文章对弧焊机器人生产效率影响因素展开详细研究和验证。以汽车行业中广泛应用的二氧化碳气体保护焊生产线为研究对象,研究原材料精度、工装夹具、机器人焊接程序轨迹、焊接程序焊接参数、生产线平衡、清枪程序、焊缝质量等因子对产线焊接生产效率的影响。通过多组对比验证,确认了影响生产效率明显的主要因素是零件精度、焊接工装、焊接程序和焊接参数。并提出控制零件精度、优化工装、优化焊接程序、焊接参数等具体工艺改善措施,确保了K4前桥弧焊线效率提升达20%以上。此类改善方法同样适用于其他汽车产品的弧焊生产线效率提升,具有较大的借鉴意义。In order to improve the welding production efficiency of arc welding robot production lines and meet the market demand, the influencing factors of arc welding robot production efficiency are studied and verified in detail. Taking the carbon dioxide gas shielded welding production line widely used in the automotive industry as the research object, this paper studies the influence of raw material accuracy, tooling fixture, robot welding program trajectory, welding program welding parameters, production line balance, gun cleaning program, weld quality and other factors on the welding production efficiency of the production line. Through several groups of comparative verification, it is confirmed that the main factors affecting the production efficiency are part accuracy, welding tooling, welding procedure and welding parameters.In the article, specific process improvement measures such as controlling part accuracy, optimizing welding tooling,optimizing welding procedures and welding parameters are put forward to ensure that the efficiency of K4 front axle arc welding line is increased by more than 20%. This kind of improvement method is also applicable to the efficiency improvement of arc welding production line of other automotive products, and has great reference significance.
