摘 要:酵母菌及其代谢产物具有提高动物机体免疫力、饲料转化率,促进动物生长以及提高动物产品品质的效果。目前酵母菌及其产物作为添加剂已在饲料中得到广泛应用。本文主要就目前市场出现的酵母产品种类如饲料酵母、酵母细胞壁、酵母抽提物、酵母培养物、活性干酵母等酵母产品及其作用特点进行综述,旨在为酵母产品的研究以及应用提供一定的参考依据。Yeast and its metabolites have many biological functions,such as improving animal immunity,feed conversion rate,promoting animal growth,and improving the quality of animal products. Until now,yeast and its products have been widely used as additives in feed. In the paper,the types of yeast products currently in the market,(such as feed yeast,yeast cell wall,yeast extract,yeast culture,active dry yeast,and other yeast products) and their function characteristics were reviewed,with the aimto provide theoreticalbasis for the research and application of yeast products reference basis.
