摘　　要：基础课程对于一流本科英语专业的建设和发展至关重要。课程内容的时代性、语言学习的实用性和学习内容的人文性仍然是新时代英语专业基础课程的基本要素。线上—线下、课内—课外、人机—人际之间三个“相结合”是英语专业基础课程的时代映现。夯实语言基本功、拓展人文素质和强化自主学习能力是建设新时代一流外语专业特色基础课程,培养新时期外语人才亘古不变的时代走向。Basic English courses are crucial to the construction and development of first⁃class under⁃graduate English majors.The contemporary nature of teaching materials,the practicality of lan⁃guage learning,and the humanity of the learning content are still the basic elements of the basic courses for English majors in the new era.Online⁃offline teaching and learning,classroom teach⁃ing and extracurricular learning and human⁃machine communication and interpersonal interaction reflect the characteristics of basic English courses in the new era.Consolidating basic language skills,expanding humanistic qualities,and strengthening independent learning capa⁃bilities are the eternal trend of building first⁃class foreign language courses and cultivating foreign language talents in the new era.
