摘　　要：目的探讨中医辅助治疗对脑梗死患者的疗效。方法选择河南省中医药研究院附属医院2019年1—12月收治的100例脑梗死患者作为本研究入组对象,根据随机数表法分为对照组和研究组,各50例。其中对照组接受西医康复,研究组接受中西医康复,对比两组的治疗效果。结果研究组疗效(94.00%)优于对照组(74.00%)(P<0.05)。两组治疗后神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、中枢神经特异性蛋白(S100-β)、脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)、神经生长因子(NGF)优于治疗前,且研究组上述指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后Fugl-Meyer运动功能评估量表(FMA)评定量表评分均优于治疗前,且研究组FMA评定量表评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对脑梗死患者采用中医康复联合常规西医康复治疗,可减轻神经缺损,加快患者功能恢复,提升生存质量和满意度。Objective To explore the curative effect of tradit ional Chinese medicine adjuvant therapy on patients with cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 100 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to the Afiliated Hospital of Henan Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December in 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study,and they were divided into control group and research group according to the random number table,with 50 patients in each group.Among them,the control group received western medieine rehabilitation,while the research group received Chinese and western medicine rehabilitation.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The curative effect of the research group(94.00%)was better than that of the control group(74.00%)(P<0.05).After treatment,neuron-specific enol ase(NSE),central nervous system-specifie protein(S100-β),brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)and nerve growth factor(NGF)in the two groups were better than those before treatment,and the above indicators in research group were better than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Assessment Scale(FMA)in both groups were better than those before treatment,and the scores of FMA in research group were better than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation combined with routine western medicine rehabilitation can alleviate the nerve defect,accelerate the functional recovery of patients,and improve the quality of life and satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
