摘 要:目的:分析激光定位仪联合CT三维图像引导下同轴法对疑似肺癌病灶经皮肺穿刺活检术的应用价值。方法:选取2020年7月15日至2021年6月1日在我院住院治疗的疑似肺癌需进行经皮肺穿刺活检取材患者40例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组20例。对照组采用常规CT引导下同轴法经皮肺穿刺活检术,观察组采用激光定位仪联合CT三维图像引导下同轴法经皮肺穿刺活检术。对比两组CT照射次数、穿刺时间、穿刺活检术成功率、穿刺标本合格率及并发症发生情况。结果:与对照组相比,观察组CT照射次数更少,穿刺时间更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组穿刺活检成功率、穿刺标本合格率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:激光定位仪联合CT三维图像引导下同轴法经皮肺穿刺活检术明显提高了穿刺活检的质量。Objective:To analyze the application value of laser localizer combined with CT three-dimensional image-guided coaxial lung biopsy for suspected lung cancer.Methods :A total of 40 cases with suspected lung cancer hospitalized in our hospital from July 15 2020 to June 1st 2021 who needed percutaneous lung biopsy were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 20 cases in each group. The control group was treated with coaxial percutaneous lung biopsy under the guidance of conventional CT. The observation group used laser locator combined with CT three-dimensional image-guided coaxial percutaneous lung biopsy. The CT irradiation times,puncture time,success rate of puncture biopsy,qualified rate of puncture specimens and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the number of CT irradiation and puncture time in the observation group were less,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0. 05).The success rate of puncture biopsy and the qualified rate of puncture specimen in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0. 05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0. 05).Conclusion:Laser locator combined with CT three-dimensional image-guided coaxial percutaneous lung biopsy can significantly improve the quality of puncture biopsy.
