摘　　要：精神分裂症患者在精神症状出现以前已存在认知功能损害和神经递质的变化,而与神经递质系统相关的受体作为改善认知功能的药物靶点仍在研究中。本文将系统回顾与精神分裂症认知有关的神经递质系统,为改善精神分裂症患者认知功能提供依据。Cognitive impairment and neurotransmitter changes are present in patients with schizophrenia before the onset of psychotic symptoms,and neurotransmitter system-related receptors are still being investigated as drug targets for improving cognitive function. In this paper,the neurotransmitter system related to schizophrenia cognition is systematically reviewed to provide evidence for improving cognitive function in patients with schizophrenia.
