浅谈输血反应信息网络直报的应用与效果

摘　　要：目的血站实时监控输血反应的全面信息,提供完整、有效、快速的监控数据,有力的保证了临床输血安全。方法收集2020年8月—2021年7月高州市人民医院通过输血反应信息网络直报系统报送的输血反应数据,并分析2018—2021年历年输血反应发生率,与某医院输血反应发生率比较,分析各种血液制品发生输血反应的类型和发生率。结果输血反应信息网络直报建立之后,高州市人民医院输血反应发生率0.141%,总输血量为94028单位,输血人次为24077人次,上报输血反应人次34人次。发生输血反应主要集中在悬浮红细胞,占比58.8%,主要表现为非溶血性发热反应。结论输血反应信息网络直报可以做到直观、便捷、省时、高效,供血机构可以更加全面、准确、及时地收集输血反应的信息。建立完善的输血反应信息系统,实时掌握输血反应数据信息,对输血反应数据进行分析、总结,有利于对输血造成的新的或潜在的危害进行快速警报或早期预警。Objective The blood bank monitors the comprehensive information of blood transfusion reaction in real time,providing complete,effective and rapid monitoring data,and effectively ensuring the safety of clinical blood transfusion.Methods From August 2020 to July 2021,the blood transfusion reaction data submitted by Gaozhou People’s Hospital through the direct information network report of blood transfusion reaction were collected.The incidence of blood transfusion reaction over the years from 2018 to 2021 was analyzed and compareded with those of the other hospital.And the types and percentage of blood transfusion reaction caused by various blood products were analyzed.Results After the establishment of direct information network report of blood transfusion reaction,the incidence of blood transfusion reaction in Gaozhou People’s Hospital was 0.141%,the total blood transfusion volume was 94028 units,the number of blood transfusion was 24077,and the number of reported blood transfusion reactions was 34.The transfusion reaction mainly occurred in suspended red blood cells,accounting for 58.8%,mainly manifested as non-hemolytic fever reaction.Conclusion Direct information network report of blood transfusion reaction is intuitive,convenient,time-saving and efficient in monitoring the information of blood transfusion reaction.Blood supply institutions can collect more comprehensive,accurate and timely information on blood transfusion reactions.Establish a perfect blood transfusion reaction information system,master the data information of blood transfusion reaction in real time,and analyze and summarize the data of blood transfusion reaction,which is conducive to rapid alarm or early warning of new or potential hazards caused by blood transfusion.
