摘 要:近年来,我国推进医疗卫生体制改革,医院面临着新的机遇和挑战,而对于医院自身建设及发展来说,人力资源发挥着重要作用。与医院的临床医技科室相比较而言,管理岗位属于非临床行政科室之一,在医院日常运行中承担着主要管理责任。即便管理部门与医技科室等在职能、工作内容等方面均具有明显区分,但二者之间又存在着一定关联。通常情况下,管理部门与医技科室作为有机结合体,在医院运行中发挥着重要作用。为提高医院行政管理水平,多采取岗位轮转方式,从本质上来说,有效实施医院管理岗位轮转制度,对提高医院人力资源管理效率、缩短管理岗位交接时间等,均有着重要意义。本文围绕医院人力资源管理中管理岗位轮转的重要性,分析其实际应用情况,并探讨岗位轮转所取得成效。In recent years,our country has promoted the reform of the medical and health system,and hospitals are facing new opportunities and challenges.Human resources play an important role in the construction and development of hospitals.Compared with the clinical medical technology department of the hospital,the management position is one of the non-clinical administrative departments,and it bears the main management responsibility in the daily operation of the hospital.Even though there is a clear distinction between the management department and the medical technology department in terms of functions and work content,there is a certain connection between the two.Under normal circumstances,the management department and the medical technology department play an important role in the operation of the hospital as an organic combination.In order to improve the administrative management level of the hospital,the method of job rotation is adopted.In essence,the effective implementation of the hospital management job rotation system is of great significance for improving the efficiency of hospital human resource management and shortening the transfer time of management positions.This article focuses on the importance of job rotation in hospital human resource management,analyzes its practical application,and discusses the effects of job rotation.
