摘　　要：隐性知识已经成为企业发展的关键战略资源之一,隐性知识管理的核心链条是隐性知识转移.因此,将集群内的高新技术企业作为研究对象,探究转移内容、转移主体、转移媒介和转移情境与企业隐性知识转移的关系.研究结论表明:转移内容中的嵌入性程度、稳定性程度与隐性知识转移绩效呈负相关关系,可表达性与隐性知识转移绩效呈正相关关系;转移主体、转移媒介和转移情境与隐性知识转移绩效呈正相关关系.Tacit knowledge has become one of the key strategic resources for enterprise development,and the core chain of tacit knowledge management is tacit knowledge transfer.Taking the high-tech enterprises in the cluster as the research object,the present paper probes into the relationship between transfer content,transfer subjects,transfer media and transfer context,and tacit knowledge transfer of enterprises.The results show that the embedding and stability of transfer content are negatively correlated with the performance of tacit knowledge transfer,while the expressiveness is positively correlated with the performance of tacit knowledge transfer.Transfer subjects,transfer media and transfer situation are positively correlated with the tacit knowledge transfer performance.
