摘　　要：目的探讨阿瓦斯汀(Avastin)在翼状胬肉治疗中的药代动力学变化,并探讨不同浓度Avastin对预防翼状胬肉术后复发的效果。方法选取翼状胬肉患者200例,分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ和对照组,各50例,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组于术前3d分别给予浓度为0.15、0.5、1.5 mg/mL的Avastin滴眼液治疗,结果3组优化指数G差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),Ⅱ组优化指数G最高。结论0.5 mg/mL为最低安全有效浓度,将此浓度Avastin滴眼液用于翼状胬肉治疗中效果显著,可明显降低复发率,安全性良好。Objective To investigate the pharmacokinetic changes of Avastin in the treatment of pterygium,and to explore the effects of different concentrations of Avastin on the prevention of recurrence after pterygium surgery.Methods A total of 200 patients with pterygium were divided intoⅠ、Ⅱ、Ⅲand control group,each with 50 cases.TheⅠ、Ⅱ、Ⅲgroup was treated with Avastin eye drops at concentrations of 0.15,0.5,and 1.5 mg/mL 3 days respectively before the operation.Results The results of the 3 groups optimized index,the difference in G was statistically significant(P<0.05)in 3 groups,and the optimization index G was the highest in groupⅡ.Conclusion 0.5 mg/mL is the lowest safe and effective concentration.This concentration of Avastin eye drops is effective in the treatment of pterygium,which can significantly reduce the recurrence rate.
