初探《审视瑶函》治疗内障的用药规律

摘　　要：目的统计分析《审视瑶函》中治疗内障所用方药的用药规律及特点。方法应用Excel 2010软件,对照一般资料,对治疗内障所用方中的药物进行排序、计算,分别建立总体情况频数、常用药物频率、药物类型、药物性味、药物归经统计表。结果用药频次在5次及以上的中药共25味,占药物总数的20.33%,其中清热药为首,占总频数的24.39%,补虚药其次,占21.95%;四气五味中,寒性与苦味最多,各占47.97%、31.12%;药物归经最多为肝经,占54.47%。结论《审视瑶函》治疗内障的方药中,以清热药和补虚药为主,药性以寒为主;药味以苦为主;所涉及药物以肝经为主,其次为肺。Objective To analyze the medication rules and characteristics of prescriptions for treating ocular disease in Shen Shi Yao Han.Methods Excel 2010 software was used.Herbs total frequency,frequency of commonly used drugs,drug types,drug taste and drug passage were sorted respectively.Results There were 25 kinds of herbs with the frequency of 5 times or more,accounting for 20.33%of the total number of drugs.Heat-clearing drugs were the first,accounting for 24.39%of the total frequency,followed by tonifying drugs,accounting for 21.95%.Cold and bitter taste were the common property,accounting for 47.97%and 31.12%respectively.The most meridians were liver meridians(54.47%).Conclusion The prescriptions for treating ocular disease in Shen Shi Yao Han are mainly heat-clearing and deficiency tonic drugs,and the drug property is mainly cold.The medicinal taste is mainly bitter;The main drugs involved are liver meridian,followed by lung.
