摘 要:基坑支护工程对地下空间建筑施工的安全性与便利性至关重要,支护方案的研究受到了广泛的关注与重视。基坑支护工程的成本关乎着项目的投资效益,其成本管控也成为了关注的焦点。本文基于价值工程原理,结合基坑支护工程的特点,以实际基坑支护案例为例,进行功能分析与评价,提出了相应的优化与改进建议,降低了总造价,为基坑支护成本控制与优化提供了一定的参考。Foundation pit support project is crucial to the safety and convenience of underground space construction,and the research of support scheme has attracted wide attention.The cost of the foundation pit support project is related to the investment benefits of the project,and its cost control has also become the focus of attention.Based on the principle of value engineering and the characteristics of foundation pit support engineering,this paper analyzes the actual foundation pit support case,and puts forward corresponding optimization and improvement suggestions,which reduces the total cost and provides some reference for the control and optimization of foundation pit support cost.
