摘　　要：过程管理是卓越绩效管理模式中的重要维度,是创取卓越结果的必要条件。文章以卓越绩效管理模式为依据,以电网企业为研究对象,聚焦过程管理体系的设计及优化,基于ADLI四要素循环对关键过程的实施管理展开研究,探索了过程识别、过程设计、过程实施和过程改进等方面的新思路和解决方案。Process management is an important dimension in the performance excellence management model and a necessary condition for achieving excellent results.Based on the performance excellence management model and taking the power grid enterprises as the research object,this paper focuses on the design and optimization of the process management system,studies the implementation management of key processes based on the four element cycle of ADLI,and explores new ideas and solutions in process identification,process design,process implementation and process improvement.
