摘  要:针对国家对环境保护的重视和偏远地区电商配送经常遇到道路坍塌、断交以及空域禁飞等区域限制的难题,考虑客户对于时间和货损的满意度以及固定成本、运输成本、燃油成本和碳排放成本,以配送总成本最小和客户满意度最大为目标,建立考虑区域限制的货车和无人机联合配送多目标优化模型。通过引入人工蜂群算法的分级思想和信息素浓度限制对蚁群算法进行改进,并用改进蚁群算法对模型进行求解。使用MATLAB软件进行仿真,将仿真结果与货车单独配送模式进行对比。结果表明,在偏远地区电商配送过程中,货车和无人机联合配送模式能够有效降低配送成本,减少碳排放,提高客户满意度。In response to the country's emphasis on environmental protection,and the difficulties of remote areas where e-commerce delivery often encounters road collapses and disconnections,as well as regional restrictions such as airspace bans,a multi-objective optimization model for combined delivery by truck and UAV,taking into account customer satisfaction with time and damage,as well as fixed costs,transport costs,fuel costs and carbon emissions costs,is developed with the objective of minimizing total delivery costs and maximizing customer satisfaction.The ACO is improved by introducing the hierarchical idea of the artificial bee colony algorithm and the pheromone concentration limit,and the improved ACO is used to solve the model in this paper.Simulations were carried out using MATLAB software and the simulation results were compared with the individual delivery mode of the trucks.The results show that the combined delivery model of trucks and UAVs can effectively reduce delivery costs,reduce carbon emissions and increase customer satisfaction in the process of e-commerce delivery in remote areas.
