摘 要:钢的普通热处理是材料类、机械类相关课程中重要的实验环节之一。以钢的普通热处理原理与工艺为基础,运用Adobe Flash与Adobe Captivate软件,设计建成45钢和T12的成分、工艺、组织与性能的热处理“虚实互补”仿真实验,实现了钢的普通热处理实验在线仿真与考核工作。该仿真实验不仅可以揭示那些在传统热处理过程中不易观测的现象,而且使得该类仿真能做到细节展示好、交互体验性好、上手快、复现性好、制作成本低、不受实验时间空间和硬件资源等限制,在多方面具有传统实验教学所不具备的优点。与传统实验教学的对比表明,该仿真可明显提高传统实验教学的质量,弥补其不足。由于其产生的动态效果能够实现线上教学,因而具有极大的市场推广价值。Steel general heat treatment is one of the key experimental links in material and mechanical teaching. Based on the principle and the process of steel general heat treatment, this article applies Adobe Flash and Adobe Captivate software to designing and building“virtual reality complementation”simulations of heat treatment for composition, process, structure and performance of 45 steel and T12 alloy steel, and realizing online simulation and assessment works for experiments of traditional steel heat treatment. The simulation may not only reveal some important phenomena that are difficult to observe during real heat treatment process, but display experimental details very well and have good interactive experience, quick start-up,good reproducibility, low product costs, and not be restricted by experimental time, space, and hardware resources, possessing many advantages that traditional experimental teaching may not have. Since its dynamical effects can realize the online teaching work very well, it would show a great marketing prospect. Comparing with traditional experimental teaching work shows that such the simulation can obviously improve the quality of traditional teaching, thus may provide a useful supplement for traditional methods to make up the latter shortcomings.
