摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎(Corona Virus Disease 2019,COVID-19)因其大规模爆发造成众多人员感染和死亡已成为备受全球关注的突发公共卫生事件。COVID-19是由新型冠状病毒所引起的传染性极强的呼吸道疾病。COVID-19感染人数众多,传播速度极快,快速诊断感染者且尽早排查无症状感染者极为重要。目前,初步筛查是通过患者的临床表现来判断,主要涉及呼吸系统,但近来研究发现COVID-19患者具有独特的口腔表现,具体为味觉障碍、口干、口臭、唾液腺炎症,坏死性牙周病及念珠菌病、多形性红斑等一些常见的口腔黏膜病,且一些表现早于干咳、发烧等典型症状。关注患者的口腔表现能够进一步完善COVID-19筛查程序,目前对于这些口腔症状,以对症治疗为主。Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Corona Virus Disease 2019,COVID-19) has become a public health emergency that has attracted global attention because of its large-scale outbreak resulting in numerous human infections and deaths.COVID-19 is a highly contagious respiratory disease caused by novel coronavirus 2019-n Co V.Due to a large number of infections and fast transmission speed,it’s significant to diagnose the infected people quickly and detect the asymptomatic infected people as soon as possible.At present,the preliminary screening is judged by the clinical manifestations of the patients,mainly involving the respiratory system,but recent studies have found that the patients infected with COVID-19 have unique oral manifestations,such as taste disturbance,xerostomia,halitosis,inflammation of salivary glands,necrotizing periodontal disease and some of them are earlier than typical symptoms such as dry cough,fever,etc.Paying attention to the oral manifestations of patients can further improve the COVID-19 screening procedure.At present,symptomatic treatment is mainly used for these oral symptoms.
