摘  要:文章在分析江苏2002年以来工业SO_(2)、CO_(2)排放特征的基础上,运用Tapio脱钩模型对两者与工业生产总值之间关联性进行分析,旨在为制定针对性地区碳排放管控举措提供指导依据。研究结果显示:自“十一五”以来,江苏省工业SO,排放明显削减,工业CO_(2)排放显著上升并趋于平缓,工业日益成为全省碳排放强度削减的制约瓶颈。工业SO_(2)、CO_(2)排放在相对减排量上呈现正协同效应,平均相对减排1吨SO_(2)减少98.63吨CO_(2)排放。工业SO_(2)排放与工业生产总值之间已呈现强脱钩状态;工业CO_(2)排放与工业生产总值之间总体呈现弱脱钩状态,并向着强脱钩趋势发展。从江苏各地区看,除苏中、苏北少量设区市外,其余均已呈现脱钩状态。Based on the analysis of the characteristics of industrial SO_(2) and CO_(2) emissions in Jiangsu Province since 2002,this study uses the Tapio decoupling model to analyze the correlation between the two and the Gross Industrial Product,aiming to provide guidance and basis for formulating targeted regional carbon emission control measures.The research results show that since the"E-leventh Five-Year Plan"period,Jiangsu's industrial SO_(2) emissions have been gradually reduced,and CO_(2) emissions have risen significantly and tend to level off.Industry has increasingly become a bottleneck restricting the provinces carbon enmission intensity reduction.The relative enission reductions of SO_(2) and CO_(2) show a positive synergistice ffect,with an average relative emission reduc-tion of1 ton of SOz and a reduction of 98.63 tons of CO_(2) emissions.There has been a strong decoupling between industrial SO_(2) emis-sions and gross industrial production;the overall weak decoupling between industrial CO_(2) emissions and gross industrial production has shown a strong decoupling trend.From the perspective of various regions in Jiangu,except for a small number of districts and cities in central and northerm Jiangsu,other regions are already in a state of decoupling.
