摘  要:旧馆污水处理厂入河排污口需进行设置论证。通过对所在河道水质现状、水域管理要求和现有取排水情况的调查,计算区域河网纳污能力。建立一维河网非恒定流水动力水质模型,计算结果显示在正常排放工况下,入河排污口对河道沿线水质的影响有限,水质保持在Ⅲ类;事故工况下,对河道沿线水质影响较大。建议加强工程运行管理,建立应急预案,避免事故工况的发生,研究结果表明,运用一维水动力水质换型对平原河网地区开展排污口设置论证工作具有一定的借鉴意义。The setting of sewage outlet in sewage treatment plant needs demonstrating.Based on the investigation of water quality,water area management requirements and the existing water intake and drainage,the sewage carrying capacity of the regional river network is calculated.A one-dimensional unsteady hydrodynamic water quality model of the river network is established.The calculation results show that under normal discharge conditions,the influence of sewage outlet on water quality along the river is limited,with the water quality as Class Ⅲ,while under accident conditions,the water quality along the river is greatly affected.It is suggested to strengthen project operation management and to establish emergency plan to avoid accidents,which shows its reference significance for the demonstration of sewage outlet setting in plain river network area.
