双歧三联活菌胶囊联合美沙拉嗪、肠炎宁胶囊治疗溃疡性结肠炎患者的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探究美沙拉嗪、肠炎宁胶囊联合双歧三联活菌胶囊治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效的影响。方法:选取我院102例溃疡性结肠炎(Ulcerative colitis,UC)患者(2019年1月至2020年12月)作为研究对象,随机分为对照组、观察组(各51例),分别给予肠炎宁胶囊+美沙拉嗪、双歧三联活菌胶囊+肠炎宁胶囊+美沙拉嗪,比较两组疗效、治疗前后肠道菌群含量、炎症因子、免疫功能。结果:研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);与治疗后对照组比较,研究组双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌含量明显增高,大肠杆菌含量明显降低(P<0.05);治疗后研究组血炎症因子水平低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后研究组免疫功能指标水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:美沙拉嗪、双歧三联活菌胶囊、肠炎宁胶囊联合治疗UC患者效果显著,能调节肠道,改善机体免疫功能,减轻炎性状态。Objective:To explore the effect of mesalazine and Changyanning capsules combined with bifidual triple viable capsules on the treatment of ulcerative colitis.Methods:102 patients with UC in our hospital(From January 2019 to December 2020)were selected as the research object,and divided into control group(n=51)and observation group(n=51)randomly.They were given Changyanning capsule+mesalazine,or bifidobacteria triple viable capsule+Changyanning capsule+mesalazine,respectively.The efficacy,intestinal microflora content,inflammatory factors and immune function before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 90.20%higher than that of the control group(74.51%)(P<0.05).Compared with the control group after treatment,the contents of bifidobacteria and Lactobacillus in the study group were significantly increased,while the contents of Escherichia coli were significantly decreased(P<0.05);After treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of immune function indexes in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mesalazine,bifidobacterium triple viable capsule and Changyanning capsule have significant effect on UC patients,which can regulate intestinal tract,improve immune function and reduce inflammatory state.
