摘　　要：目的调查皖南地区三级甲等医院护士对患者安全态度的现况,探讨影响安全态度的相关因素。方法2019年9—10月,对皖南地区5所三级甲等医院的护士采用安全态度量表(safety attitudes questionnaire,SAQ)进行现场问卷星调查,并对数据进行分析。结果护士的患者安全态度现状总分为(110.99±15.36)分;6个维度中平均得分最高的是管理感知[(3.74±0.75)分],最低的是压力感知[(3.21±0.87)分]。副主任护师、门诊、月收入≥10000元、接受过患者安全教育培训、没有兼职、年龄>40岁、中专及没有离职想法的护士对患者安全态度更加积极(均P<0.05)。结论皖南地区三级甲等医院护士对患者安全态度认知水平处于中等,护士对患者安全态度影响因素有工作年限、年龄、学历、技术职称、月收入、科室、平均每天接触患者的时间、是否发生不良反应、是否离职及是否参加过患者安全教育。Objective To investigate the current situation of nurses’ attitude towards patient safety in grade-A tertiary hospitals of southern Anhui,explore the related factors affecting safety attitude.Methods From September to October 2019,the nurses from five grade-A tertiary hospitals of southern Anhui were investigated with safety attitudes questionnaire(SAQ) by the on-site survey of questionnaire star.And the data were analyzed.Results The total score of nurses’ attitude towards patient safety was(110.99±15.36)points.Among the six dimensions,the highest average score was in management perception [(3.74±0.75)points],and the lowest was in stress perception[(3.21±0.87)points].The nurses who are deputy chief nurse,are in outpatient service,have monthly income ≥10 000 yuan,have received patient safety education and training,have no part-time job,aged >40 years old,have level of technical secondary school,and have no idea of leaving the job had a more positive attitude towards patient safety(all P<0.05).Conclusion The cognitive level of nurses’ attitude towards patient safety in grade-A tertiary hospitals of southern Anhui is at a medium level,and the influencing factors of nurses’ attitude towards patient safety include working years,age,educational background,technical title,monthly income,department,average time of daily contact with patients,whether there are adverse reactions,whether they leave their jobs,and whether they have participated in patient safety education.
