临床护士自我关怀现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的 了解临床护士自我关怀现状,分析相关影响因素,为今后加强护士自我关怀,促进护士身心健康和职业发展,进而提升护理质量提供参考依据。方法 2020年12月选择武汉市4家医院临床护士154名,采用一般资料调查表和自我关怀量表调查临床护士自我关怀现状,并分析其影响因素。结果 护士自我关怀5个维度自我关怀意识的产生、自我关怀知识的掌握、健康生活方式的执行、内在自我的满足、职业自我的接纳得分分别为(19.65±4.53)、(18.01±4.25)、(21.26±4.79)(34.63±6.89)和(41.27±7.00)分。不同学历护士的自我关怀意识的产生维度得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);不同职称护士的职业自我的接纳维度得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。学历是护士“自我关怀意识的产生”的影响因素,年龄是护士“职业自我的接纳”的影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论 临床护士自我关怀处于中等水平,临床护士和管理者应对护士自我关怀予以足够重视,尤其需要在重大公共卫生事件后加以引导,以促进护士身心健康,提升护理安全和质量。Objective To understand the current situation of clinical nurses’ self-care,analyze relevant influencing factors,and provide a reference for strengthening nurses’ self-care in the future,promoting nurses’ physical and mental health and professional development,and improving the quality of nursing.Methods A total of 154 clinical nurses in four in Wuhan City were selected in December 2020.The general information questionnaire and self-care scale were used to investigate the current situation of clinical nurses’ self-care,and the influencing factors were analyzed.Results For the five dimensions of self-care,including the generation of self-care consciousness,the mastery of self-care knowledge,the implementation of healthy lifestyle,the satisfaction of inner self,and the acceptance of professional self,the scores in clinical nurses were(19.65±4.53)、(18.01±4.25)、(21.26±4.79)、(34.63±6.89)and(41.27±7.00)points,respectively.There was statistically significant difference in the score of the generation of self-care consciousness among nurses with different educational backgrounds(P<0.01),and the difference was statistically significant in the score of the acceptance of professional self among nurses with different professional titles(P<0.05).The educational backgrounds had a significant effect on nurses’ self-care awareness(P<0.01),and age had a significant influence on nurses’ professional selfacceptance(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical nurses’ self-care is at a medium level,and nurses and nursing managers should pay sufficient attention to nurses’ self-care,especially the guidance after major public health incidents,so as to promote nurses’ physical and mental health and improve nursing safety and quality.
