摘 要:采用OM、拉伸试验、硬度测试等研究了不同温度和保温时间淬火对4Cr2Mn2Mo模具钢组织与力学性能的影响。对4Cr2Mn2Mo试验钢进行(400~560)℃×2 h,480℃×(0.5~3) h的淬火试验。结果表明:随着淬火温度的升高,试验钢组织中板条马氏体先增加后减少,针状马氏体先减少后增加。480℃淬火,组织中板条马氏体的含量最多,针状马氏体最少。480℃×2 h淬火试验钢的伸长率为7.4%,明显高于其他淬火试验钢的伸长率,同时,强度也处在较高水平,480℃×2 h为4Cr2Mn2Mo试验钢的最佳淬火工艺。The effects of different temperatures and holding time quenching on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 4Cr2Mn2Mo die steel were studied by OM, tensile test and hardness test. The quenching test of test steels(400-560) ℃×2 h,480 ℃×(0.5-3) h was carried out. The results show that with the increase of quenching temperature, in the test steel, the slab martensite increases first and then decreases, and the acicular martensite decreases first and then increases.480℃ quenching, the content of lath martensite is the most, the needle martensite is the least. The elongation of 480 ℃×2 h quenching test steel is 7.4%, which is obviously higher than that of other quenching test steel. At the same time, the intensity is at a higher level. The optimum quenching process of the test steel is 480 ℃×2 h.
