摘　　要：凝聚力事关矿山救护队伍的稳定、工作绩效及事故处理的快捷、高效和安全。结合矿山救护队的职业特点及工作性质,确立明确一致的目标;对指战员强化教育,促进观念转变,以保持价值观一致;管理过程中注重以人为本;完善公平公正激励约束机制;建立有效沟通;提高领导的综合素质,提升其非权力影响力,从而有效提升矿山救护队凝聚力。Cohesion is related to the stability of mine rescue team,work performance and the speed,efficiency and safety of accident handling.Combined with the professional characteristics and work nature of the mine rescue team,establish clear and consistent goals,strengthen education for officers and fighters,promote the change of ideas,in order to maintain the same values,pay attention to people oriented in the process of management,improve the fair and just incentive and restraint mechanism,establish effective communication,improve the comprehensive quality of leaders and enhance their non-power influence,so as to effectively enhance the cohesion of mine rescue teams.
