摘 要:为探究干旱对青稞萌发的影响,以20个青稞种质为研究材料,采用17%PEG-6000模拟干旱胁迫,测定其萌发指标(发芽势、发芽率、芽长、根长、芽干重和根干重等),利用相关性分析、主成分分析、综合评价方法以及聚类分析对供试材料抗旱性进行鉴定。结果表明,与对照处理比较,17%PEG胁迫下,所有材料的萌发指标均受到抑制,但不同材料之间存在差异性。To explore the effects of drought on the germination performance of highland barley seeds,20 highland barley germplasms were used as research materials to measure germination-related indexes including germination potential,germination rate,bud length,root length,bud dry weight and root dry weight under simulated drought stress with 17%PEG-6000.Simultaneously,correlation analysis,principal component analysis,comprehensive evaluation methods and cluster analysis were used to identify the drought resistance of tested materials.The results showed that,the germination indexes of all materials were inhibited under 17%PEG stress,but there were differences between different materials compared with the control.
