摘 要:为研究同一遗传背景改良的8个水稻两用核不育系食味品质性状的配合力,以NCⅡ方案配制的200份杂交组合为试验材料,对米饭弹性、硬度、黏度、平衡度、食味综合评分、直链淀粉含量、胶稠度和碱消值等8个食味品质性状进行配合力分析。结果表明,除弹性性状以外的其余7个食味品质性状,广义遗传力都在58%以上,这些性状的一般配合力方差(GCA)明显大于特殊配合力方差(V_(SCA))。狭义遗传力的总体表现为:直链淀粉含量>食味综合评分>硬度>平衡度>黏度>碱消值>弹性>胶稠度,其中直链淀粉含量和食味综合评分的狭义遗传力分别为66.34%和55.54%;胶稠度的狭义遗传力仅有4.25%。712 S、505 S和614 S直链淀粉含量、米饭硬度等性状一般配合力表现为较大负效应或微弱正效应,食味综合评分一般配合力表现出较大的正效应,这些不育系有望培育出硬度较小、直链淀粉较低、食味综合评分高的杂交组合。To study the combining ability of eating quality traits of 8 dual-purpose male sterile lines derived from rice C 815 S,the 200 hybrid combinations made by NCII design were used as experimental materials to analyze the combining ability of 8 rice eating quality traits including rice elasticity,hardness,viscosity,degree of balance,comprehensive taste score,amylose content,gel consistency and alkali dissipation value.The results showed that the general combining ability(GCA)of 7 eating quality traits except for rice elasticity was 58%or above,and the GCA variance of these traits were significantly greater than that of special combining ability(SCA).The overall performance of narrow-sense heritability appeared as followed amylose content>taste comprehensive score>hardness>degree of balance>viscosity>alkali dissipation value>elasticity>gel consistency.The narrow-sense heritability of amylose content and taste comprehensive score were 66.34%and 55.54%respectively,while the narrow-sense heritability of gel consistency was only 4.25%.The GCA of amylose content and rice hardness of 712 S,505 s and 614 S showed a large negative effect or weak positive effect,while the GCA of taste comprehensive score showed a large positive effect.These male sterile lines were expected to cultivate hybrid combinations with low hardness,low amylose content and high taste comprehensive score.
