摘  要:为探索不同贮藏方式对青冈属种子含水量和生活力的影响,以常温干藏、常温沙藏、低温(5℃)干藏和低温(5℃)沙藏4种方法对7种青冈属种子进行贮藏,研究不同贮藏条件下种子含水量及生活力变化规律。结果表明,青冈属种子均属于顽拗性种子。在常温干藏条件下,种子含水量和生活力均迅速下降;常温沙藏条件下,贮藏45 d内种子仍能保持较高的生活力,但45 d后生活力迅速下降;低温干藏条件下,种子含水量的下降速度很缓慢,但贮藏30 d后种子生活力快速下降。而低温沙藏条件下贮藏120 d后,种子含水量能保持在36%以上,生活力仍然能保持在80%以上。因此,低温沙藏最适合青冈属种子播种前贮藏。To explore the effects of different storage methods on water content and viability of Cyclobalanopsis seeds,seven species of Cyclobalanopsis seeds were stored in four methods,namely dry storage at normal temperature,sand storage at normal temperature,dry storage at 5℃and sand torage at 5℃.The results showed that the seeds of Cyclobalanopsis were recalcitrant.The water content and viability of seeds decreased rapidly under the condition of dry storage at normal temperature,while the seeds could still maintain high viability within 45 days stored in sand at normal temperature,but the viability decreased rapidly after 45 days.Under the condition of dry storage at low temperature,the water content of seeds decreased slowly,but the viability of seeds decreased rapidly after 30 days of storage.However,after 120 days storage in low temperatures,the water content and viability of seeds could be maintained above 36%and 80%respectively.Therefore,the sand storage at low temperature was most suitable for storage of Cyclobalanopsis seeds before sowing.
