摘　　要：企业供应链质量一直是企业比较关注的问题之一。在多媒体快速发展的背景下,企业供应链质量协同管理的条件也发生了变化,难免会出现一些管理上的问题。因此,本文提出多媒体背景下企业供应链质量协同管理策略研究,阐述多媒体背景下企业供应链质量优化标准,分析多媒体背景对企业供应链质量协同管理的影响,并建立了新型的供应链关系,加强了企业市场信息的判断,更新企业供应链沟通渠道。最后提出了有利于企业供应链质量协同管理的策略,包括完善企业供应链质量协同管理基础设施,加强供应商的协同管理力度等。The quality of enterprise supply chain has always been one of the issues that enterprises are more con-cerned about.In the context of the rapid development of multimedia,the conditions for collaborative management of the quality of enterprise supply chain have also changed,and it is inevitable that some management problems will arise.Therefore,this article proposes a study on the collaborative management strategies of the quality of enterprise supply chain under the background of multimedia,expounds the quality optimization standards of enterprise supply chain under the background of multimedia,analyzes the infl uence of multimedia on the collaborative management of the quality of enterprise supply chain,establishes a new type of supply chain relationship and strengthens the judgment of the enter-prise market information and the updating of the enterprise supply chain communication channels.Finally,some strate-gies that are benefi cial to the collaborative management of the quality of enterprise supply chain are proposed,including improving the infrastructure of collaborative management of the quality of enterprise supply chain,and strengthening the collaborative management of suppliers.
