摘　　要：我国药学教育以研究型为主,应用型为辅,且存在培养模式同质化、与社会需求严重脱节的问题,严重阻碍了生物医药产业的发展。在新时代背景下,生物医药技术日新月异,国际竞争日趋激烈,如何培养高素质应用型药学人才是药学高等教育面临的严峻挑战。通过对我国应用型药学人才的培养现状进行分析和总结,探讨了应用型药学教育教学改革的进展,并创新性地提出了基于新药申报技术文件(CTD)的教学改革方法。新药申报技术文件是药学专业知识与技能在生物医药产业中的综合应用,这一新型的教学改革实践是应用型药学人才培养的重要尝试,对应用型药学人才的培养具有重要意义。Pharmacy education in China is mainly research-oriented and application-oriented,and there is the homogenization of training mode.How to cultivate high-quality pharmaceutical talents is a severe challenge in the new era of pharmaceutical technology.By analyzing and summarizing the current situation of the cultivation of applied pharmaceutical talents in China,this paper discusses the progress of applied pharmaceutical education and teaching reform,and creatively puts forward the teaching reform method based on new drug application technical document(CTD).This new teaching reform practice is an important attempt to cultivate applied pharmaceutical talents,which is of great significance to the cultivation of applied pharmaceutical talents.
