三氯醋酸治疗复发性口腔溃疡临床价值初探

摘　　要：目的:探究三氯醋酸对治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床应用价值。方法:选取2016年1月-2021年1月于山东临邑中医院就诊的60名复发性口腔溃疡患者为研究对象。使用50%三氯醋酸对患者溃疡部位进行灼烧治疗,记录溃疡愈合情况及愈合时间,分析三氯醋酸对治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床应用价值。结果:(1)60例患者中有40例(66.67%)患者在接受治疗1 d后治愈,10例(16.67%)患者在接受治疗2 d时治愈,4例(6.67%)患者在接受治疗3 d时治愈,1例(1.67%)患者在接受治疗4 d时治愈,0例患者在接受治疗5 d时治愈,2例(3.33%)患者在接受治疗6 d时治愈,1例(1.67%)患者在治疗7 d时治愈,2例(3.33%)患者在接受治疗7 d后病情仍未见好转,患者溃疡部位疼痛感和红肿均未减轻,溃疡面也没有愈合。(2)临床上使用三氯醋酸灼烧法治疗复发性口腔溃疡的显效率为90%,有效率为6.67%,无效率为3.33%,总体治愈率为96.67%。结论:临床上使用三氯醋酸治疗复发性口腔溃疡成效显著,治愈率高达96.67%,且见效时间快,第1天治愈率就达到了66.67%,加之这种治疗方式操作简单,无不良反应,具有很高的临床应用价值和良好的临床应用前景,值得广泛推广。Objective: To explore the clinical application value of trichloroacetic acid in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer.Methods: A total of 60 patients with recurrent oral ulcer admitted to Linyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January2016 to January 2016 were selected as the subjects. The patient’s ulcer site was cauterized using 50% trichloroacetic acid, the healing of the ulcer and the healing time were recorded, and the clinical application value of trichloroacetic acid in treating recurrent oral ulcer was analyzed. Results:(1) Forty(66.67%) cases of the 60 patients recovered after one day of treatment, 10(16.67%) cases recovered at two days of treatment, 4(6.67%) cases recovered at three days of treatment, 1(1.67%) case recovered at 4 days of treatment, 0(0%) case recovered at 5 days of treatment, 2(3.33%) cases recovered at 6 days of treatment, and 1(1.67%) case recovered at 7 days of treatment, two patients(3.33%) did not improve after 7 days of treatment. The pain and redness of the ulcer site were not relieved and the ulcer surface did not heal.(2) In the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer using trichloroacetic acid cauterization, the obvious effective rate was 90%, the effective rate was 6.67%, the ineffective rate was 3.33%, and the overall cure rate was 96.67%. Conclusion: Trichloroacetic acid is effective in the clinical treatment of recurrent oral ulcer, the cure rate is up to 96.67% with rapid response, and the cure rate is 66.67% on the first day, in addition, this treatment method is easy to operate and induces no adverse reaction, it has high clinical application value and good clinical application prospect, and is worth popularizing widely.
