摘　　要：目的:探究胃镜下电凝止血联合铝碳酸镁咀嚼片治疗对胃溃疡出血的治疗效果。方法:随机选取2020年9月-2021年10月湘南学院附属医院治疗的80例胃溃疡出血患者,以随机抽签方法分为两组,对照组给予单独治疗,试验组给予联合治疗。对比两组治疗效果。结果:试验组患者治疗后的止血时长、住院时长、补血量均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者治疗后的临床疗效高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对胃溃疡出血患者实施联合治疗能够促进患者快速止血,减少补血量,提高临床疗效,值得推广。Objective: To explore the therapeutic value of gastroscopic electrocoagulation hemostasis combined with hydrotalcite chewable tablets in treatment of gastric ulcer bleeding. Methods: Eighty patients with gastric ulcer bleeding who were treated in Affiliated Hospital of Xiangnan University from September 2020 to October 2021 were randomly selected and divided into two groups according to the method of random sortition. The control group was given a separate treatment, and the experimental group was given a combined treatment. The treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results: The patients in the experimental group had better hemostatic duration, hospital stay and blood supplement volume after treatment than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). The clinical efficacy of patients in the experimental group after treatment was higher than that in the control group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion: Combined treatment for patients with gastric ulcer bleeding can promote rapid hemostasis, reduce the blood supplement volume, and improve clinical efficacy, which is worthy of promotion.
