摘　　要：目的:探讨卵巢囊肿应用腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术止血方式对卵巢功能的影响效果。方法:选取2017年9月-2019年9月甘肃省张掖市山丹县人民医院妇收治的卵巢囊肿患者62例作为本次试验对象,进行微创腹腔镜手术,随机分为对照组和观察组各31例,对照组采用电凝止血方式,观察组采用缝合止血方式,比较两组术后的卵巢功能。结果:两组手术前的抗苗勒管激素(AMH)水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);手术后,观察组的AMH水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:卵巢囊肿行腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术缝合止血方式相比电凝止血方式能够提高术后卵巢功能,推荐临床使用。Objective: To investigate the effect of hemostatic methods in laparoscopic ovarian cyst excision on ovarian function.Methods: A total of 62 patients with ovarian cyst admitted to Shandan County People’s Hospital of Zhangye City from September2017 to September 2019 were selected as the subjects and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with31 cases in each group. The control group received electrocoagulation hemostasis method and the observation group received suture hemostasis method. The ovarian function of two groups after surgery was compared. Results: There was no significant difference in anti-mullerian hormone(AMH) level between the two groups before surgery(P>0.05). After surgery, AMH level in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion:Compared with electrocoagulation hemostasis, the suture hemostasis method in laparoscopic ovarian cyst excision can improve the ovarian function after surgery, which is recommended for clinical use.
