摘 要:目的探索FOCUS-PDCA模块化分层培训模式在护理管理中的应用效果。方法将重庆市妇幼保健院2018年的504名护士设为对照组,2020年的602名护士设为试验组,对照组采用传统培训模式进行培训,试验组实施FOCUS-PDCA模块化分层培训和分时段量化考核,比较两组护士考核成绩、护理综合质量和教研成果数量。结果对照组护士考核成绩(92.60±1.38)分、护理综合质量(97.86±1.78)分,试验组护士考核成绩(93.42±1.61)分,护理综合质量(99.17±0.31)分,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),教研能力有所提升。结论采用FOCUS-PDCA模块化分层培训模式可提高护士培训效果、护理质量和教研能力,达到护理管理问题持续改进的目的。Objective To explore the application effect of FOCUS-PDCA modular hierarchical training mode in nursing management.Methods A total of 504 nurses in Chongqing Maternal and Child Health Hospital in 2018 were set as the control group,and 602 nurses in 2020 were set as the experimental group.The control group used the traditional training mode for training,and the experimental group implemented FOCUS-PDCAmodular and hierarchical training,and quantified assessment was carried out in different periods.The assessment results,comprehensive nursing quality,the number of teaching of the two groups were compared.Results The control group’s assessment scores of nurses were(92.60±1.38)and the comprehensive quality of nursing was(97.86±1.78).the experimental group’s assessment scores of nurses were(93.42±1.61)and the comprehensive quality of nursing was(99.17±0.31).The differences between the two years were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the teaching and research ability was significantly improved.Conclusions FOCUS-PDCAmodularized and stratified training mode can improve the training effect,nursing quality,as well as the teaching and research ability of nurses,and can achieve the purpose of continuous improvement of nursing management problems.
