强迫症患者采用艾司西酞普兰与帕罗西汀治疗对Y-BOCS与HAMA评分的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨强迫症患者的治疗中采取艾司西酞普兰与帕罗西汀的效果差异。方法:选取2018年3月~2021年3月某院收治的118例强迫症患者为研究对象,依据患者入院编号的奇偶性将其随机分为观察组和对照组各59例,对照组采用帕罗西汀治疗,观察组采用艾司西酞普兰治疗,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果、量表指标、实验室指标、不良反应。结果:观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组量表指标低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组实验室指标优于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:在强迫症患者的临床治疗中,采取艾司西酞普兰治疗,临床效果良好,且起效时间短,安全性高,耐受性理想,具有重要的临床应用价值。Objective:To investigate the difference in the effect of escitalopram and paroxetine in the treatment of patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder.Methods:The study sample was selected from 118 patients with OCD treated in a hospital from March 2018 to March 2021.The patients were randomly and equally divided into observation group and control group according to the parity of patient admission number.The control group received paroxetine treatment and the observation group received escitalopram treatment,then the clinical treatment effects,scale indexes,laboratory indexes,and adverse reactions of the two patients were compared.Results:The treatment effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scale indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Laboratory parameters were better in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder,the application of escitalopram has advantages of good clinical results,short onset time,high safety,and ideal tolerability,which is of great clinical application.
