摘 要:本文主要阐述了浸出设备的制作工艺的改进,其中列举了浸出器箱体及法兰管口两个部件作为对象,来阐述制作工艺的改进。浸出器箱体制作工艺的好坏直接影响了浸出器箱体成型的质量和外观。通过对浸出器箱体制作工艺的优化改进,能够使箱体焊接的累计误差减少,以及变形量得到有效的控制。在制作法兰管口时,推翻以前的制作方式,采用工装来定位制作。不仅提高了制作质量,还缩短了制作时间和劳动强度。This paper mainly expounds the improvement of the manufacturing process of leaching equipment,in which two parts of the leaching tank and flange nozzle are listed as objects to illustrate the improvement of the manufacturing process.The manufacturing process of the leacher box directly affects the forming quality and appearance of the leacher box.By optimizing and improving the manufacturing process of the leacher box,the accumulated error of box welding can be reduced and the deformation can be effectively controlled.When manufacturing the flange nozzle,the previous manufacturing method is overturned,and the tooling is used to locate the manufacturing.It not only improves the manufacturing quality,but also shortens the manufacturing time and labor intensity.
