摘 要:在当前中国经济发展过程中,无论是国家层面还是公司层面,可持续发展都极为重要。绿色创新对于企业的长远健康发展不可或缺。高管学术经历是我国市场经济发展中衍生出来的一种特有情况,在西方国家中较为少见。以“高层梯队理论”为基础,对2010~2019年A股上市公司的样本进行研究,分析企业的高管学术经历对企业绿色创新的影响。研究发现:我国企业高管的学术经历正向促进了企业的绿色创新。本研究丰富了企业高管团队与企业绿色创新之间关系的相关研究,有利于推动我国各类企业积极进行绿色创新活动,进而实现企业的可持续发展。In the current process of China′s economic development,both at the national level and at the corporate level,sustainable development is extremely important.At present,Chinese enterprises must have the courage to carry out green innovation activities,so as to boost their own sustainable development.Green innovation is indispensable for the long-term healthy development of enterprises.The academic experience of senior executives is a unique situation derived from the development of China′s market economy,which is rarely seen in western countries.Based on the high-level echelon theory,this paper studies the samples of A-share listed companies from 2010 to 2019 and analyzes the impact of senior executives′academic experience on enterprise green innovation.The results show that senior executives′academic experience positively promotes green innovation;This paper enriches the relevant research on corporate top management team and green innovation,so as to better encourage all kinds of enterprises to actively carry out green innovation activities.
