摘  要:西方女权主义运动产生之初就将女性的平等就业权作为关注的重点领域之一。与第二波女权主义运动浪潮接踵而来的女权主义法学的各个流派对于平等的讨论既是女权主义法学理论的核心问题,也推进了国际公约和国内法中性别平等和性别歧视概念的界定和深化,在女性获得平等的就业机会、职业发展机会和薪酬待遇、完善生育保障制度、消除职场性骚扰方面发挥了积极作用,推动了就业性别歧视的消除,促进了工作场所性别平等的相关立法和司法的不断完善以及女性平等工作权的实现。At the beginning of the emergence of the western feminist movement,women’s equal employment rights were regarded as one of the key areas of concern.The discussion of equality among the various schools of feminist jurisprudence that followed the second wave of feminist movement is not only the core issue of feminist jurisprudence theory,but also advanced the definition and deepened the concept of gender equality and gender discrimination in international conventions and domestic laws.It promoted women’s access to equal employment opportunities,career development opportunities and remuneration,improved the maternity security system,helped in eliminating sexual harassment in the workplace.The discussion also advanced the elimination of gender discrimination in employment,promoted the continuous improvement of legislation and law enforcement related to gender equality in the workplace,and promoted the realization of women’s equal right to work.
