幽门螺杆菌感染胃炎患者血清miR-155表达与IL-6表达的相关性

摘　　要：目的探讨幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染胃炎患者血清miR-155表达与白介素-6(IL-6)表达的相关性。方法选择2018年8月至2020月2月在辽健集团铁煤总医院消化内科诊治的胃炎患者150例,所有患者均给予Hp检测、血清miR-155与IL-6表达检测。结果在150例患者中,Hp阳性72例,阳性率为48.0%。Hp阳性患者的血清miR-155相对表达量与IL-6含量为(15.83±1.42)pg/ml和(29.47±4.68)pg/ml,高于Hp阴性患者的(2.41±0.76)pg/ml和(11.86±4.67)pg/ml(P<0.001)。在Hp阳性患者中,Pearson相关分析显示血清miR-155相对表达量与IL-6含量存在正相关性(r=0.564,P=0.004)。logistic回归分析显示miR-155(OR=1.499)、IL-2(OR=1.097)为胃炎患者Hp阳性的主要独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论胃炎Hp阳性患者多伴随有血清miR-155与IL-6的高表达,两者存在正相关关系,且都是胃炎患者Hp阳性的主要独立危险因素。Objective To investigate the correlation between the expression of serum miR-155 and the expression of interleukin-6(IL-6)in patients with gastritis caused by Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection.Methods A total of 150patients with gastritis who were diagnosed and treated in the Department of Gastroenterology of Iron and Coal General Hospital of Liaoning Health Industry Group from August 2018 to February 2020 were selected.All patients were given Hp testing,and serum miR-155 and IL-6 expression testing.Results Among the 150 patients,72 were Hp positive,and the positive rate was 48.0%.The relative expression of miR-155 and the IL-6 level in Hp-positive patients were(15.83±1.42)pg/ml and(29.47±4.68)pg/ml,which were higher than those in Hp-negative patients(2.41±0.76)pg/ml and(11.86±4.67)pg/ml(P<0.001).In Hp-positive patients,Pearson correlation analysis showed that the relative expression of serum miR-155 was positively correlated with IL-6 level(r=0.564,P=0.004).Logistic regression analysis showed that miR-155(OR=1.499)and IL-2(OR=1.097)were the main independent influencing factors for Hp-positive in gastritis patients(P<0.05).Conclusion Gastritis in Hp-positive patients is mostly accompanied by high expression of serum miR-155 and IL-6,which are positively correlated and both the main independent risk factors for Hp-positive in gastritis patients.
