摘　　要：目的分析2017—2019年湖南省应届高中毕业生报考军校的身体健康状况。方法按照《中国人民解放军院校招收学员体格检查标准》收集2017年1月—2019年12月湖南省报考军校的7542名应届高中毕业生的体检结果资料,并对合格率及不合格原因进行统计分析。结果2017—2019年湖南省7542名总受检人数中,合格人数为5641名,合格率74.79%;其中男性6978名,合格人数为5267名,合格率75.48%;女性563名,合格人数为374名,合格率66.43%。2017—2019年湖南省7542名总受检人数中,不合格人数为1901名,其中2017年不合格人数为553名,2018年不合格人数为688名,2019年不合格人数为660名。2017—2019年不合格人数最多的项目为视力检测项目,总计554名,且2018年不合格人数最多,2019年不合格人数降低;其次为眼科准分子激光手术<半年的项目,总计272名,不合格人数逐年增加。心电图异常在该省2017年、2018年不合格人数中位居第3位,不合格人数分别为55名、85名,但不合格人数在2019年下降。其他项目逐年变化规律性不强。结论2017—2019年湖南省应届高中毕业生合格率74.79%,其中视力不良是影响不合格人数的主要因素。因此需加强学生眼保健宣教,改善不良习惯,提高对视力重要性的认知,特别要做好视力不良的预防和控制,以提高报考军校学生的身体素质。Objective To analyze the physical health status of fresh high school graduates in Hunan Province applying for military academies from 2017 to 2019.Methods According to the"Physical Examination Standards for Recruiting Students of Chinese People's Liberation Army academies",the data of physical examination results of 7542 high school graduates in Hunan Province who applied for military academies from January 2017 to December 2019 were collected.Statistical analysis of the pass rate and the reasons for failure.Results From 2017 to 2019,among the 7542 people who were inspected in Hunan Province,5641 were qualified,and the pass rate was 74.79%.Among them,there were 6978 males,5267 qualified persons,and the qualified rate was 75.48%.There were 563 females,374 qualified persons,and the qualified rate was 66.43%.From 2017 to 2019,among the total number of 7542 people inspected in Hunan Province,1901 were unqualified.Among them,the number of unqualified people in 2017 was 553,the number of unqualified people in 2018 was 688,and the number of unqualified people in 2019 was 660.From 2017 to 2019,the project with the largest number of unqualified people was the vision test project,with a total of 554 people,and the largest number of unqualified people in 2018,and the number of unqualified people in 2019 decreased.Followed by ophthalmic excimer laser surgery<half a year project,a total of 272,the number of unqualified people increased year by year.Abnormal electrocardiogram ranked third in the number of unqualified people in the province in 2017 and 2018,with 55 and 85 unqualified people,respectively,but the number of unqualified people decreased in 2019.Other items change year by year with less regularity.Conclusion The pass rate of fresh high school graduates in Hunan Province from 2017 to 2019 was 74.79%,and poor vision was the main factor affecting the number of unqualified people.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the education of students'eye health,improve bad habits,and improve the awareness of the importance of
