摘 要:目的评析PBL教学法在助理全科医师培训中实施的效果。方法随机抽取2020届和2021届40名助理全科医师展开研究,分为对照组(n=20)和观察组(n=20)。对照组给予传统培训,观察组实施PBL教学法,对比两组考核成绩、培训效果及自主学习时间。结果观察组助理全科医师考核成绩评分较对照组均明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组助理全科医师认知成熟度、问题解决能力、团队协作能力、自主学习能力均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组助理全科医师培训每周自主学习时间均长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PBL教学法在助理全科医师培训中开展能较好地提高助理全科医师的考核成绩、培训效果,且在增加助理全科医师自主学习时间方面的应用优势也明显大于传统培训。Objective To evaluate the effect of PBL teaching method in the training of assistant general practitioners.Methods 40 assistant general practitioners from the 2020 and 2021 classes were randomly selected for the study,and they were divided into the control group(n=20)and the observation group(n=20).The control group was given traditional training,and the observation group was given PBL teaching method.The assessment results,training effect and self-learning time were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of assistant general practitioners in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The cognitive maturity,problem-solving ability,teamwork ability and autonomous learning ability of assistant general practitioners in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The weekly autonomous learning time of assistant general practitioners in the observation group was longer than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The development of PBL teaching method in the training of assistant general practitioners can better improve the assessment performance and training effect of assistant general practitioners.And the application advantage of increasing the autonomous learning time of assistant general practitioners is also significantly greater than that of traditional training.
