新生班主任在高校学风建设中的作用探讨

摘　　要：大学新生在入校伊始,或多或少都会有在学习、生活及人际交往适应上的困难,如何有效引导和管理,直接关系到高等教育的育人成效。实践表明,在常规辅导员管理中辅以兼职班主任制度,对于引导新生适应大学生活、建设良好学风有显著的成效。因此,高校在学生管理中应该不断完善和深化兼职班主任制度,真正从人文关怀角度培养高素质人才。At the beginning of college enrollment,freshmen will more or less have difficulties in adapting themselves to learning,life,and interpersonal communication.How to effectively guide and manage them is directly related to the educational effectiveness of higher education.The practice shows that the system of part time advisers in the management of conventional counselors has a great effect on guiding freshmen to adapt themselves to university life and developing a good style of study.Therefore,colleges and universities should constantly improve and deepen the part time class adviser system in student management,and truly realize the vision of cultivating high quality talents from the perspective of humanistic care.
